Two months ago, I fractured my spine. I fell off a horse when training for a movie. But now, after lots of rest and lots of treatment (see pic 4 for my captain america tank), i’m finally able to get working on my fitness again. I’d like to thank all the nurses and physio’s I saw in Hungary/London for their help in my recovery. You know who you are! I’d also like to thank @Xiaomi.global - when they heard about my injury, they sent me their ‘Watch S1 Active’. It's been helping me to track my sleep, monitor my heart rate and measure my workouts.🙏 Finally, I’m grateful for my production team mates for giving me the confidence to, quite literally, get back on the horse.
