1 white onion 4 cloves garlic 3 small leeks About 8-10 oz sausage 2 tbsp pesto 1 can cannellini beans 1 sprig Rosemary Parm rind 1 container vegetable broth 2 cups water Salt and pepper to taste 1. Cook sausage 2. Roast vegetables: leeks, onion, garlic 3. Add parm rind, rosemary, beans, pesto, greens, vegetable broth and water 4. Simmer for about an hour 5. Top with burrata and eat with toasted baguette
