To be real,'I hate being cold so much, I despise it! This was my third go around and when my 3 minute timer went off I didn't feel the need to get out asap, so I stayed a minute longer for fun. This time felt easy! Every time I work with these incredible souls, I am inspired to further deepen my practice of self love, self healing, and compassion.
