🍌 Banana Nut Protein Muffins (Blender Recipe)
Makes: 10–12 muffins
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
3 eggs
1⁄4 cup NOW Coconut Flour
2 tbsp arrowroot or tapioca flour
1/3 cup NOW Plant Protein (or Egg White Protein)
1⁄4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp NOW Coconut Oil, melted
1 tsp NOW Vanilla Extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1⁄2 cup NOW Raw Walnuts (optional or swap for seeds for school friendly version)
How to make:
Blend wet ingredients → add dry → fold in walnuts → bake at 350°F for 18–20 min.
