It took a few days to collect the emotions that have been unleashed during the festival. It has been an overwhelming experience, a rediscovery of most cherished gifts, such as music, communality and dances, along with the bliss of their cathartic power. Thanks to you Terraformers, thanks to the amazing artists, thanks to the team and volunteers, thanks to all the partners that have made this possible. It wasn’t an easy journey: two years of hiatus have severely strained the team, but the tenacity and perseverance of each one involved has prevailed and we can now say that the heat and the dust have definitely worthed the bloom. No distance between you and your imagination.

To make Terraforma happen is always a challenge: it requires a huge amount of nerve, adaptation and reliability. It is truly an environmental, artistic and social experiment, thriving on a series of complex, diverse and delicate conditions. Villa Arconati is a fragile ecosystem that needs to be maintained and safeguarded, as well as its natural surroundings. 
 We are aware that few things didn’t work out as we hoped, as some mistakes at organizational level turned out into practical inconvenience. This is not intended as a rhetoric shortcut, it is simply a statement of the fact that Terraforma is a fragile, ever evolving, vibrating ecosystem, renovating itself every year with a considerable number of criticalities. It is not a perfect “product”, but it is precisely those thorns that allows everyone to smell the bliss. And since our first and deepest mission is to guarantee the best possible experience for Terraformers as well as the respect of the hosting environment, we promise, as we do each year, that we will do everything possible to make the best out of those criticalities.
