I’ve had the honor of being to quite a few labs and this one is 🤯! From • @thebarchemist_ PREP / Mise en Place Cocktail making has evolved to a point in which we can create and access so many ways to experiment, develop and express ourselves, allowing us to offer a different experience than the “usual” Some guests at our bar don ́t fully understand why some of our drinks are “batched” or come out of a plastic bottle & Et voila! your drink is ready in whitin seconds; but that is what makes them special, the intention, care and love it takes to accurately “prep” these cocktails. Don ́t forget the two biggest priorities in our profession: Hospitality, how you make your guests feel and of course: flavour! If you ́re able to master those two, great things will happen!
