I’ve been lucky enough to make debuts across all four leagues but looking back at my grassroots debut always keeps me grounded. Any time I struggle with confidence or form, I think back to playing football with my mates in the park, diving around between the posts till it was dark. Those memories remind me to enjoy every moment and to play with a smile on my face.
