Loving every moment of having this growing boy in my belly 😇🦋💙 Some things that have been working for me: Daily movement has been so important and almost necessary for me. It helps me feel “normal” even if I just do a quick little 20-30 minute workout. Movement makes me feel better, always. Another thing that’s working for me is peppermint oil whenever I get headaches or whenever I want to relax. I’m loving BIG meals that have tons of fresh veggies, protein, fats, and healthy grains to fuel me and my growing boy 💙 and other products that have been working for me are: my vegan protein powder from @trusupplemets (pregnancy safe🤍 ), bump gloss and bump oils/balms with natural ingredients, and I’ve been getting really bad pregnancy rosacea so my ice roller has been saving me 🙏🏻 Mamas and mamas-to-be, what’re some things that are working for you??
