UPDATE: You are right on target!! In the beginning, milk supply is driven by your hormones and it is normal to make more than your baby takes. During this time, it is common to feel full and even leak milk.
As the weeks pass, milk supply shifts to being driven by demand and starts to regulate. This happens between 6-12 weeks postpartum. Although the process of regulating your supply begins between 4-6 weeks, parents do not always notice the change until between 6-12 weeks postpartum.
Breasts may feel less full and softer compared to the first few weeks of breastfeeding. If you were leaking milk, that may stop.
This often happens alongside your baby becoming more efficient at feeding so their nursing sessions are shorter but that doesn’t mean they are getting less milk.
Keep an eye on the signs that your baby is getting enough milk including plenty of wet and dirty diapers per day, they are happy and content between nursing sessions, they still ask to feed during the night and they are continuing to gain weight on their curve.

Does anyone have advice for this mama?
Mom used to feel full every morning. She also leaked milk often, but it isn’t happening anymore. Her breasts feel soft rather than full and heavy.
The details:
-Baby is 10 weeks old
-Baby used to nurse every 2-3 hours during the day and 2 times in the middle of the night. Now, baby nurses every 3 hours during the day, takes one bottle before bed, and wakes up a couple hours later during the night to nurse
-Baby nurses about 8-9 times per day
-Mom pumps once after her baby nurses first thing in the morning
-Baby seems happy between nursing sessions and is gaining weight well and has 8 wet diapers and 4 dirty diapers a day
