Over the past few months, people have asked to see a photo of the tea house that inspired Nora’s workspace in my book. I have not been able to spontaneously pull it up on my phone, which is strange because it was my screensaver for years. I’ve spent a lot of time daydreaming about this little house, not so much because I was hoping the sexiest man alive would come ravish me there – no, more just because I was longing for a place where I could go write (and nap) on my own.
