~A WINTER GATHERING~ Do you feel like you need to press pause for a moment, to let go of the grip and find some softening and re-connection? Come and treat yourself to a beautiful evening to cultivate deep relaxation and restore your body, nervous system and mind this winter season. On December 11th from 4-7pm enjoy an intentional evening of yoga, sound healing & adornment. This event is also there to symbolically leave behind anything from the previous seasons that has its time to go and create space for anything you would like to bring in to the new year. Join Megan (Founder of @moja.yoga , Emma May (Owner of @saltedstones) & Rebecca (Sound Healer @healingwithrebecca) for a night of connection in the beautiful setting of a restored barn in Carmel by the Sea. What to expect: 4-5pm: Meet & greet. Sip on a warm drink and "get sparked" by Emma. Ticket price includes a $50 gift card to Salted Stones which you can apply your choice of permanent jewelry at the event! 5-6:20pm: Intention setting & a restorative Moja Yoga movement practice led by Megan followed by a healing sound journey from Rebecca. Feel held by the sounds and vibrations of beautiful instruments such as the gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and rain sticks. 6:20-7pm: Extra time to get linked by Emma and hang with old & new friends.
