Sometimes entertaining is just about that- entertaining- not really the big production of cooking a massive feast. I threw down a bright tablecloth, simple grilled corn salad, chips & dips : pico de gallo/crema/guacamole, (more guacamole) and yummy black bean taquitos. We drank Ranch Water, Mimosas w/a twist and sipped mezcal. Effortless, festive and focused on the company of amazing friends 💛💛💛👯‍♀️ Black Bean Taquitos~ spread refried black beans in mini corn tortillas, fold shut, secure with toothpick and gently fry until golden & crispy.
