Think Reese’s... but fall 😏 these apple, peanut butter and chocolate bites were the before sweet bite to have prepped for the week. Last night as I polished off the last one, I told myself I was impressed they made it the whole week. Until I realized that it was only Thursday, so no they did not actually make it a whole week 🙃 Happy Friday ⚡️⚡️make these for yourself or your friends, I promise they are super easy and perfect since it’s kinda hot, kinda not?? . . . dEATS 👉 Apple Peanut Butter Chocolate Bites: I used a mini muffin tin and mini cupcake liners. You could also make this in a pan, just cut into squares! 1. Peanut butter layer: 3/4 cup natural, runny peanut butter + 2 tbsp maple syrup + 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder. Mix until a dough forms (every protein powder is different, so if it is too crumbly, add a splash or milk or maple syrup). Add a small amount into each tin and press firmly down and make a little dent in the middle for the apple 2. Finely dice up 1/4 apple and add to a bowl and sprinkle cinnamon. Mix well and add a few apple chunks into the center of each bite 3. Melt 1 dark chocolate bar with a splash of coconut oil. Top the bites until they are covered
