You actually need to schedule two hours for your commute if you intend to make your flight during rush hour Monday - Saturday. 2. May through October is rainy season here in Guatemala. So pack rain jackets, extra socks, closed toe shoes. Also for my content lovers, it can get cloudy when it’s not rainy. So just be mentally prepared for outdoor photoshoots. 3. UBER everywhere! It’s dirt cheap and it’s a much safer option. I reserved a car rental, and I’m so glad I didn’t follow through. Absolutely not necessary, as they will hit you with some absurd insurance fees.
