The start of a week presents a good opportunity to set your intentions, but also be kind to yourself about your fitness journey
It’s easy to get wrapped up in numbers on scales and body-fat percentage, but remember FITNESS is so much more than that.
Here’s my top 3 reminders for the week ahead
1️⃣ Consistency is more important than perfection. Every workout won’t be perfect, but the fact you turned up, and reinforced positive habits will get you closer to your goals
2️⃣ Progress comes in many forms, not just weight or body-fat % - consider your progress mentally, your increase in strength, how much easier things feel than when you started
3️⃣ You won’t be motivated 100% of the time, but discipline leads to results. There are days you won’t want to get up and workout, it’s normal. But try to turn to your discipline to complete what you set out to achieve
