The ripple effect I believe the benefits of collaboration has such a layered effect. When a group of two or more individuals with different backgrounds and expertise come together, they bring a wealth of unique insights and approaches, which enhances decision-making, creativity, innovation, learning and personal and professional growth. I have ridden with Wolf @wolfgangmwanje for a few years now at @psyclelondon – where he offers such a precious space to lean into community, for personal growth, and to connect with yourself in such an embodied way. This has a ripple effect into my personal and professional life. Over the last few weeks, I have had the pleasure of workshopping on how to help me grow my personal brand and expand my reach on a global level. It is so easy to get stuck in your own head, so to have someone come alongside you and offer insight and strategies that are tailored to your professional aspirations is invaluable. I feel very fortunate to have a friend and co-mentor, where we are invested in facilitating each other’s development and success – inside and outside of the ride studio. We are both passionate about challenging the status quo, broadening our personal and professional potential, and supporting those around us to do the same. Wolf’s words of wisdom that continue to resonate on a personal and professional level are: ‘stay intentional’, ‘we need to step outside the box which we can all create for ourselves’, and ‘play with personal possibility’.
