I make these *all* the time, you’d never guess the recipe is so old! Full process below ✨ For dough: - 1 cup flour - 2 tsp baking powder - pinch salt - 2 tbsp sugar - 3 tbsp butter - scant 3/4 cup milk For filling: - 1 tbsp melted butter - 2 tsp cinnamon - 2 tsp sugar - currants or raisins Process: 1. To make the dough, combine dry ingredients, cut in butter, and slowly add milk to form a shaggy dough. Roll out on a floured surface. 2. Combine all ingredients for filling except dried fruit. Spread filling evenly over dough, then scatter fruit on top. 3. Roll and cut as you would cinnamon rolls.
