Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfait Oats🍫🥜Follow @purely_healthy_living for healthy easy and delicious breakfast ideas!
These oats are just another level; high protein, sugar free and easy to make with a delicious crunch of peanut butter puffs from @pnuffcrunch and some @pbfit !
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1/3 cup of sprouted oats
- 3-6 packs of stevia
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp of @pbfit peanut butter powder
- 3/4 cup of HOT unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup of greek yogurt
- 1 pack of @pnuffcrunch peanut puffs in peanut
- 1/2 tbsp of low carb chocolate chips
Method
1. Mix the oats, stevia, vanilla, peanut butter powder and almond milk... microwave for 2 minutes.
2. Add the oats into a jar and add your toppings... enjoy!
