Here are some of my recommendations: * Tour & tasting at @kloster_eberbach Once a monestary that dates back to the 12th century, today this historical property includes a winery, hotel, restaurant & wine shop. * Wine tasting at @braunewell1655, a modern vinothek and winery producing quality Riesling and Sparkling * Wine tasting in the garden at @weingut_joachim_flick This winery is a favorite of the British Royal Family and was even given permission to name one of their single vineyards “Queen Victoria” which houses a beautiful monument. * Lunch at @kloster_eberbach Be sure to order the Riesling soup and Schnitzel * Sekt (German sparking wine) tasting at the beautiful @schloss_vaux * Wine tasting at @weingutstenner This innovative, family-run winery produces wine popular with the younger generation * Cooking class at @tischdecker Work alongside Chef Christian Decker to create traditional German dishes like Spundekäs, Maultaschen, and Bratwurst. * Stroll through old town Mainz. This charming town is known for its half-timbered houses and medieval market squares.
