I’m so proud of my @wespeakmodels family. This was such a big moment for the disabled models at We Speak. I felt so safe and so held. Being with my community is when I feel the most alive. @briscalesse and I used to dream up wild scenarios like this so it’s unreal that it actually happened. Thank you @maybelline for holding such an important space and for lifting up disability pride. The goal is to keep being visible and lifting up our voices so we can normalize disability in media and advance disability rights conversations. We are the future. And a huge thank you to our model mama @briaunamariah for coordinating this and always campaigning and fighting for us.
