@vitruvian This is going to be a life saver for me. With one hand I’m able to easily situate the bar on and off my shoulders, having weights beyond my ability available to lift. Today, the day after surgery I did 6x8 at BW (225) felt good to squat. Looking forward to getting heavy on this thing. Then a 30min light spin in my @nobull cycling shoes.
