Admitting this is fvkn hard. I love my parents, when i say stuff like this i feel like i am not allowed to, that i would get in trouble of some sort or like it is not the truth. I gaslight myself. Its hard to believe this truth. It means my parents couldn‘t show me love when i needed it. Ubderstanding and living this truth means that i am healing though. It humanizes my prents and understand their hurt and trauma they havent recovered from..but ni matter what those experiences created trauma in my nervous system. I became a conscious parent coach for that reason. Create awareness for parents to ubdeestand their actions, to heal their past so they can show up for their kids differently than their parents did.
