Peanut Butter Chocolate Single Serve Protein Cheesecake š„š«
What you need for the base:
- 3 biscuits, crumbled
- 2 tbsp Salted Caramel Flavoured Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Butterscotch Zero Calorie SyrupTM
What you need for the filling:
- 150g yoghurt
- Stevia Liquiflav, to taste
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Peanut Vegan Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Organic Cacao Powder
Method:
- Mix all ingredients for the base and press into the jar. Place in the fridge while you make the filling.
- Mix all ingredients for the filling. Top the biscuits mixture.
- Optional: Top with Organic Raw Cacao Nibs.
