“I’m a burden because of my illness(es)” ➡️ “me having more needs than others is not an inconvenience for the people meant for me”⁣ ⁣ ask yourself - do I have these burden feelings simply as a reflection of my internal thoughts about myself? or do the people in my life add to these feelings by shaming me for having more needs? 🧐⁣ ⁣ If you’re in the first boat, try noticing those burdensome feelings come up and instead think of what you have to be grateful for (I’m grateful I have a partner who will do the household chores, I’m grateful I have friends who will drive me to appointments, etc.) ⁣ ⁣ If you’re in the second boat - it’s time to reevaluate who you’re giving your energy too!! the people meant for you will never make you feel like a burden 🙅🏼‍♀️⁣ ⁣ Which boat are YOU in and how can you ditch the burden feelings? ⬇️ Xx
