Some off-season training with my siblings! 💪🏼 We don’t get to hangout all together as much anymore since my bro moved to BC but he’s back home for the summer. My siblings have always been a big source of motivation for me and we had so much fun doing this workout all together! I brought out the old @Nike Spark gear that I used for off-season hockey training back in the day. My brother is about the same age I was when I first started using this training gear when I was 15. It feels like not even that long ago he was just learning to skate and now he’s getting invited to WHL camps. I love being his older sister and watching his journey.
