TWY came to me with their heaviest song ever, & wanted to reach darker. We personified the confusing mental game of human loss & our changing memories in a very cool way. The band gave us every drop of energy they had that day and it truly shows - confident & rock solid, musically & in their identity as a band. Special bravo to Dan for absolutely losing his shit on this video shoot. 👏 This project was also some new territory for Kris & I. In an effort to run as few takes as possible, we brought in the wonderful lads at @catalogue_co as 2nd/3rd/4th Cam Ops - we had 5 cameras running every take, which gave us endless options to make this video as sick as possible. GREAT job y’all. As always, Kris smashed it. Trust you with my life, brother! Massive thanks to @JimmyKing35 for coordinating all of our awesome extras for this project. There were a lot of bodies in the room that day; Jimmy was a huge help facilitating everyone while I directed the band. & a huge thank you to all the extras for being a part of this, putting up with a hot loud 5 hour shoot, being absolute stones when the band was literally screaming at them; y’all made this.
