Last nights dinner was nothing but magic. I struggle to find the words to express how much the collaboration experience between @dakanola and @bludornhtx meant to me. The staff @bludornhtx are some of the most genuine and beautiful souls I have ever worked with. They were so knowledgeable, passionate, dedicated and loving. The way they were able to cook my food and execute it well give me chills. To see my food at that level makes me so proud. Every single person in that building truly inspired me to be better. A huge thanks to chef @aaronbludorn & @cherifmbodji and the entire @bludornhtx staff, I love y’all. You guys have something special going on in Houston, y'alls future is so bright! @bludornhtx is about to be a force so people get ready!
