Story time, if you’ve known me long enough you know that this was my first car. I pulled up to wolfsbrew and this minty maxima was sitting there. It kind of stopped me in my tracks. I remember when I first got my license how free I felt. I would drive everywhere like Gas was free, it’s probably because it was only .99¢ a gallon. I can still smell what the inside of that car smelled like. I had the loudest sound system out of anyone I knew, and only those who grew up where I did understood why I even wanted this car to begin with. I was constantly out doing things I shouldn’t have been doing probably and one day it all came to an end when I totaled that car in a horrible accident. It was like my world came crashing down. In the moment I couldn’t understand why I was having such bad luck and making such bad decisions but when I look back on it now, I guess the same rule still applies, “everything happens for a reason”. When I saw this car today it kind of felt like time stopped for a second. To kind of give me a moment to reflect. To show me something about life. Even with the worst moments in life you will be able to look back and realize why things happen. Sorry to randomly get all deep, but if you were around back then, you understand how I got lost in my thoughts. Thought I’d share with you all.
