Summer evenings ☀️🍉 This watermelon & halloumi salad was 👩‍🍳😘👌🏼 Highly recommend that combo! Dressing was made with: 1tbsp EVOO, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, splash white wine vinegar, pinch of sea salt & 1/2 red chilli finely chopped. I sprinkled with fresh basil which was a taste sensation 🌱 but I think Mint would have been amazing if the heatwave hadn’t shrivelled my mint plant to a crisp 🔥 What’s your fave summer salad combo?
