You absolutely do always need sunscreen, every day, even when it’s cloudy out! Clouds don’t block the harmful UVA and UVB rays, so your skin will still absorb them, putting you at risk still. So please, PLEASE, sunscreen every day, even in winter!l, or at least SPF30 or even better SPF50.
