This is a pretty vulnerable post and is not meant for pity or for anyone to belittle my journey since experience is far more intense than a video with text, but I want to spread awareness of the symptoms that anxiety and panic disorder can show up as 🥹 🧜‍♀️ I will also add that I am proud and thankful that I made it through and am no longer in that same cycle I was in for years. Each day is a new day and I am continuing to grow and learn and get out of my comfort zone after dealing with so many panic attacks for years.
