Introducing Billy Cho! @billygerent When Sean Paul spread his gospel and kindly asked the world to ‘Shake dat ting’ two decades ago, Billy thought he said ‘tins’ and decided to become a bartender (he had to wait a while since he was just shy of four feet tall). Billy has worked at bars across LA and the Bay Area and had amazing mentors every step of the way. Billy wanted to work at Trick Dog because he felt that great-tasting cocktails should be garnished with the zest of life, and since Trick Dog operates with the intention of fun behind every decision, it was a natural fit. When Billy’s at his other job, he’s doing research on autism, public health, and most recently, improving people’s lives through digital voice assistants. You can always find Billy playing basketball, dancing, or being a sore loser in board games that weren’t meant to be competitive.
