It’s been a harvest for the books! Between heat spikes and rain, Matt, one of our winemakers, had the best quote of the season, “Most winemakers should be auditioning to become weather forecasters since we’re constantly checking and bragging about the most current information.” #thetruth Mother Nature always keeps us on our toes, but we’re so grateful to our winemaking team for always reeling in the magic.⁠ ⁠ The wines are now resting in tank and barrel as the winemaking team monitors and samples their progress before getting to the fun part: blending in the months to come.
