Reminiscing my beautiful escape to Koh Samui where I met Diego, @breathflow.connection . We did guided breathing meditation and ice bath and I must say, it’s one of the best experiences my entire life. Me and my bestie went for meditation class right after. It was cold and raining heavily outside yet I felt calm and present. We knew then it is because of this ice bath and the guided breathing meditation that got us through the meditation class.
