Halfway through Cancer season, tonight’s super full moon in Capricorn follows a Cancerian sun. It’s also known as a Buck Moon, named after male deers who shed and regrow their antlers every year, coming back stronger every time. Perhaps that is symbolic of us sentient beings; we have the invitation to deeply look into our thoughts, emotions, heart, Spirit, and understand what we truly need and want. Whether it’s letting go of the things that no longer serve us or releasing old energy to make room for the new, we are confronting our fears and transforming towards our true purpose in order to heal and grow.
