Eriness Eats is back! Serving up some Brown Butter and Sage Cavatelli 🧈🍃
Serves 4
Pasta:
7/8 cup of water
2 1/2 cups of semolina flour
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tbs of EVOO
Boil water and combine ingredients in a mixing bowl. Rest for 30 minutes. Roll out dough and cut into 1/2 inch pieces to roll onto gnocchi board. Boil until pasta floats then cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Sauce:
1 stick of butter
Handful of sage
Brown butter by cooking on medium heat stirring for 10-15 minutes. Once deep golden brown add sage, salt, & pepper to taste.
