The storied property will be re-imagined as a three-acre retreat with 220 feet of ocean frontage featuring three components: a 60 suite hotel integrated within the historic Raleigh, Richmond, and South Seas structures managed by Rosewood, a newly constructed 17-story oceanfront tower featuring 44 residences, and a private member's club offering beachfront dining and leisure.
