Merry Christmas to all those who celebrate it. To all those who are by themselves, who lost someone, who feel sad, who are caring for someone, who are depressed: know that this time will pass. What you see online is just a snap shot of the good stuff but everyone is going through something. I’m not ruling out anyone, us included. Know that are not alone: I am thinking of you especially. In fact, you are the ones I think of the most because these times of the year do feel the most isolating. Take care.
