And recently, I was a little more shredded than that in the right but I didn’t train at all for 6 weeks because I was busy, tired, and lazy. 😅🌯🍕 I’m thankful for coach @ifbbpro_meriza who helped me shred down and put me through a 6-month long prep from December to June until I had to pull out of my planned show. But she gave me a pretty good (new) foundation to build from! 💪🏼❤️ For now, I’m going to be sore af. Yay 😐
