Cristina Jimenez, a @queenscollegeofficial graduate and distinguished lecturer at the @cpowellschool, co-founded @unitedwedream in 2008 and immediately launched a campaign to push for the DREAM Act, which would give undocumented young people a path to citizenship in the United States. But when the DREAM Act failed to pass in Congress, Cristina and her fellow activists pivoted towards a different strategy.
