Coffee Caramel Protein Cups ☕️🍫 . . OMG! These are BANGING 💥 A great little treat that’s tasty and filling. A fab alternative to a chocolate bar with your cuppa! These would work really well with Banana Tri Blend too! . . Ingredients: Base * 1/2 cup Tri Blend Coffee Caramel (link in bio) * 1 cup oats * 6 tbsp coconut oil, melted * 3 tbsp maple syrup Caramel * 1 cup dates, pitted and soaked overnight * 3 tbsp almond butter * 3 tbsp coconut oil - melted * 1/2 tsp salt Chocolate topping * 1 bar of dark chocolate (minimum 70%) Method: * Night before - soak your dates in water. Cover and leave in the fridge over night. 
 Make Base * Blend oats, then mix with Tri Blend, oil and syrup. * Press into a mini-cup cake pan I bought a silicone one from Amazon or you could use mini-cupcake papers. Make Caramel * Blend dates, butter, oil and salt. * Spoon onto crust, smooth with spoon. Chocolate Topping * Break up the chocolate bar and microwave chunks in 45-second intervals, stirring in between. * Spoon onto the cream, and tap pan to even off the melted chocolate layer. * Freeze for minimum of 2-4 hours or longer. * Remove from freezer and store in the fridge in an airtight container. These can be eaten straight from the fridge or take them out 10-15 minutes before eating for a gooey delight!
