August 26, 2020! Birthday part 2! Many know this tale as old as time....I was born August 25th & the paperwork was pre prepped for August 26th because it was very close to midnight! Clerical error means 2 birthdays! BUT then 20 years exactly to this day 8/26/2000 my father passed away and became a very hard birthday to have! I used to avoid it but after awhile I decided that ENOUGH about grieving on this day...I would now HONOR & CELEBRATE my Father John J Glikas on this day... like today we will visit his grave and make the blessing of his memory part of my birth anniversary and not his death anniversary! Strength of family, friends, loved ones and even social media family help make this much more bearable! So thank you for your wishes & reaching out & posting campy photos and cards and videos!
