You can have exactly what you’ve been dreaming about. You are strong enough. You are brave enough. You have what it takes. ✨ Ever since I became pregnant, I think about death often. The fact that life is precious, it moves fast, and it’s quite short. I ruminate on the fact that I am giving life, but that I will leave this earth when my time is up. I also feel like I am dying. Dying to an old version of myself to make room for a new. I am breaking, but for the sake of expansion. I am dissolving, but for the sake of softening. I am sitting with boredom, but for the sake of slowing down. As the quote above says: You think becoming your best self will feel powerful. It won’t. It’ll feel like dying. Growth isn’t pretty. It isn’t smooth. It’s a breakdown. It’s a death of your old self. Because on the other side of that death of the old you...is who you could be. ❤️‍🔥
