You can be anything you want, including happy that marijuana possession charges are being pardoned, but still furious at the US government for allowing people to go without reproductive care, a justice system that does not value black lives, a system that makes it so difficult to become a citizen that people who have payed taxes for ten years can still live in fear of deportation, a foster care system that allows children to fall through the cracks, schools without money for books while we continue to allocate more funds to the police. A government that allows women to be harassed on the street, queer students in Texas to be outed by their teachers, makes getting a firearm easier than getting birth control, the list goes on. The mid terms are coming up and I wanna remind you that you can be anything and that includes being loud and holding people accountable 💖
