What a summer it’s been across both Brat sites and Super 8 in general. From ranking in @nationalrestaurantawards to collaborations with producers and peers that we have always admired. From being included in @theworlds50best by celebrating with a collaboration dinner with @elkano_jatetxea to the very special pop up at Brat in Climpson’s Arch with @barbrutalbarcelona . Not to forget the incredible farm dinner put on @gothenyfarms and most recently the collaboration at @180.corner. Being apart of Brat and Super 8 is of course about running the restaurants and service but there’s always extra circulars to be apart of that make working in hospitality more rounded (visits to producers, wine harvest, r&d trips, DEI training just to name a few) but at the core of it is a network of people who are supportive of progression and we are always on the look out for people to join us. With a new project on the horizon we are currently on the look out for all positions front and back of house at all levels at both Brat sites.
