@gongonyc is a new modern sleek and chic izakaya in St. Mark’s serving up the most delicious creative authentic izakaya food I’ve tried in NYC. The entrance to this izakaya is hidden downstairs at the back of MINE Craft Sushi. There is a huge sake selection to choose from, but I definitely would not miss on trying out a couple cocktails, especially the “Bleu Cheese” - house-infused whiskey, doburoku, dill.
