Longtime R&D athlete @jonny_farmelo was back in the shop the past 2 weeks preparing for Arizona Fall League Jonny goals were improving barrel depth (slot) as he enters the zone, being challenged w multiple pitch shapes/angles, & adding more durability to his daily arm care routine.
