How ethereal is @saiebeauty Gel Highlighter ✨ I really wanted this to work for me but it didn’t… When used under my foundation or alone, it didn’t give me the kind of glow I like, when used over, it made my foundation underneath move 😐 Have you tried it? Thoughts?
