Heaven is a place on Earth. —— Hiked in the dark for 2 hours to get to the top of Mt. Batur by sunrise, reaching 5633 ft above ground, above the clouds, and heart close to the sky. Magical would be an understatement. Within that moment, all my emotions were released, knowing that there are very few opportunities in life that make your existence feel so small yet so significant, your body feel relaxed yet stimulated, and your thoughts feel expansive yet fleeting. I felt both inside and outside of my body as I tried to condense it all within my purview. Highly recommend doing the sunrise trek to Mt. Batur as part of your travels in Bali! The hike wasn’t easy but to experience this trusting how strong and capable you are is 1000% worth it. I’ve definitely connected deeper with myself after this hike. #lmsxbali
