[TW: Homophobia, Suicide, (Religious) Abuse] Conversion therapies don't work. At the same time they can cause tremendous harm to their victims. Still, these therapies keep on resurfacing and target vulnerable demographics within the LGBTQ community. Conversion therapy providers also exist in Hong Kong and they have already infiltrated some university support systems. Please raise awareness around these issues and protect people around you who might be susceptible to these therapists' promises.
